How long until I get a reply?
Within one to three business days. Every message goes to the founder, not a support queue.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. Free insured shipping to 25 markets, signed for on delivery.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days from delivery. Full refund, no restocking fee.
Are your diamonds certified?
Every piece is IGI certified, E to F color, VS2 and up. The report ships with the piece and you can verify the number at igi.org.
Do you offer resizing?
One complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery, up to two sizes up or down. You cover shipping to us, we cover the return. Not every design can be resized, and we tell you before you buy if yours cannot.
Can you make something custom?
Yes. Send a photo or a link to what you have in mind and we will price the same specification within one to three business days.
