If the piece does not match the IGI certificate or product description in any way, we fix it, replace it, or refund it in full. Your choice. We cover all costs.

Occasion Guarantee — How It Works
We deliver on time or the piece is yours free.

When you place your order, tell us your occasion date in the order notes or by emailing us immediately after purchase. We will confirm within 24 hours whether we can deliver in time based on your location and our current production queue.

If we confirm and we miss it: full refund, and you keep the piece. No return required.

If we cannot confirm: we will tell you honestly so you can plan accordingly. We will never take an order we cannot fulfill on time without telling you first.

What this guarantee does not cover: Orders placed without a confirmed occasion date, orders where sufficient lead time was not available, or delays caused by incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or carrier events outside our warehouse.

Made to order does not mean harder to return.
Some buyers assume that because a piece is made specifically for them, returning it is complicated. It is not. The 30-day return window and full refund apply regardless of how your piece was produced. The process is identical to any standard online return.
Every piece is inspected against its IGI certificate before it ships.
The IGI grading report documents cut, color, clarity, and carat weight independently. Every piece is verified against that report before it leaves. If a piece does not match its certified specifications, it does not ship. This is why we can offer a quality guarantee with no conditions: because we check before you receive it, not after you return it.

Once received, we inspect the piece within 2 business days. Eligible returns are refunded immediately. We email you the moment it is processed.

Refunds post within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. A confirmation email is sent the moment we issue it.
