If for any reason you decide it is not the right fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Include all original packaging, documentation, and certification
Show no signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage
Custom, personalized, engraved, or made to order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for secure return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping, as Draco Diamond is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, excluding shipping fees.
If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available on eligible items, subject to availability.
If you are unsure about sizing or selection, our team is happy to assist before purchase to ensure confidence from the start.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
