Are the rubies real? + Yes. Five oval natural rubies, heated to enhance color stability. Heating is the standard industry treatment, permanent, accepted by GIA, and used on over 90 percent of rubies in fine jewelry. It does not affect durability. An unheated ruby of equivalent color would retail at 3 to 10 times this price.
Can this ring be resized? + Yes. Our five-stone rings are built to be resized. Choose your size at checkout. If you need a change later, email info@dracodiamond.com for resize pricing. Most sizes within two sizes of original are straightforward.
Which metal should I choose? + Rose gold warms the rubies and reads the most romantic. White gold and platinum cool them and emphasize the contrast with the diamond accents.
