Made to Order
Your piece does not exist until you order it. Every Draco Diamond is made to order in 1 to 2 weeks, then inspected against its IGI certificate before it ships. This is how we guarantee you receive a new piece built to your exact specifications, not something pulled from inventory that has been handled before.
Made to order does not mean harder to return. Our 30-day return window, free prepaid label, and full refund apply regardless of how your piece was produced. If it is not right, the return process is identical to any standard online purchase.
Free Insured Shipping
Every order ships free via fully insured carrier with signature-required delivery and real-time tracking. Your piece arrives in 14 to 21 days from order — 1 to 2 weeks production followed by 2 to 7 days shipping depending on your location. All shipments are insured for the full purchase price at no additional cost.
Return shipping is also free. If you need to send a piece back, we provide a prepaid fully insured return label. You pay nothing in either direction.
Discreet Packaging
All shipments arrive in unmarked outer packaging with no external branding or indication of contents. The shipping label shows only our business name. Inside, your piece is presented in full Draco Diamond premium packaging. This protects both security during delivery and the surprise for any gift or proposal.
30-Day Returns
Return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay return shipping both ways. We provide a prepaid fully insured return label at no cost to you. No restocking fee. No conditions beyond the piece being unworn and returned with original packaging and IGI documentation.
Made to order does not affect this policy. The return process is the same regardless of how your piece was produced. Email info@dracodiamond.com with your order number and we respond within 24 hours with a return label and clear next steps.

Every Draco Diamond piece is guaranteed to be exactly what its IGI certificate states. Forever. This covers:
- Diamond specifications — carat weight, color grade, clarity grade, and cut grade match the IGI certificate exactly
- Metal purity — 10K, 14K, or 18K gold as specified, verified against stated standards
- Authenticity — every diamond is a genuine IGI certified lab-grown diamond, chemically identical to mined diamonds
- Manufacturing integrity — settings, prongs, and clasps built to hold
If the piece ever fails to match what is certified, we fix it, replace it, or refund it in full. Your choice. At no cost to you. This guarantee does not expire.

Your IGI certificate documents exact carat weight, color grade, clarity grade, cut quality, polish, and symmetry. It is an independent third-party record of exactly what you received.
Every piece is verified against its certificate before it ships. If a piece does not match its IGI specifications, it does not leave. The certificate ships with your order. You can verify any certificate independently at igi.org/verify using the report number on your document.
